- If the product is in bad conditions when received, you must contact us within 5 calendar days.
- Our products have a 60-day warranty from the time of purchase and only for production defects. Take into account that these products are handmade with natural supplies, meaning that some stones have scratches from its original state.
- Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- We will fix your product between 15 and 20 calendar days. If the product cannot be repaired, we will change it for a new one. We do not accept refunds.
- If you bought more than one item, we will only make changes to the item with defects.
